Job Description

Valet AttendantGreet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles when appropriate.Safely park and retrieve patient vehicles in designated parking areas.Issue valet claim tickets and accurately document vehicle information.Maintain accurate control and accountability of keys in accordance with valet procedures.Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report concerns according to policy.Maintain an organized flow of traffic at the valet entrance.Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and hospital policies.Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.Provide directions and general information about hospital departments and entrances.Assist guests with mobility devices, wheelchairs, or medical equipment as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area.Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or security concerns immediately.Maintain confidentiality of patient, visitor, employee and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and privacy policies.Perform other duties as assigned.High School or better.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
