We are located in Lawrenceburg. We have 2 full time NPs, 1 MD, and 1 PRN NP. We have a great time and would love to have you join us. We work 7:30am-5:00pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am-12:00pm on Fridays. How You'll Contribute A Clinic LPN who excels in this role: As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Assists RN with development of plan of care. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Schedules appointments and procedures as ordered by the provider. What We're Looking For Applicants should have a current Tennessee or compact state LPN license and be a graduate of a Practical Nursing program. Additional requirements include: Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 7 days of hire. Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Experience: One-year previous experience preferred. Licenses: LPN License for the State of Tennessee. Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program. More About Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Lawrenceburg STRHS-Lawrenceburg, formerly Crockett Hospital, is a 99-bed, acute care facility located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, 85 miles south of Nashville. We have been providing the best healthcare in Lawrence County and surrounding counties in Southern Middle Tennessee since 1974. We expanded the facility and services in 1991 with the addition of an Outpatient Surgery Unit, a state-of-the-art 24-hour physician-staffed Emergency Department, and an Intensive Care Unit.
