Seeking a hardworking, well organized, multitasker who is not afraid to jump into priority work and help out where needed. Someone who is excited to be a part of an active, high volume estimating and project management environment.
Construction Administrative Assistant
Seeking an experienced Construction Administrative professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Project Manager as well as a strong background in supporting estimating. Responsibilities include supporting construction projects, preparing and organizing estimates and bids, managing project documentation, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and assisting with overall project operations. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Full benefits plus salary based upon experience. Target range is $70,000-$80,000. Possible flexibility on compensation package depending upon overall experience.
